5 Reagents for DNA Extraction

Segregating Blood using AB96 Blood Isolation Kits

DNA extraction is achieved with the use of AB96 kits namely Magnetic Binding Blood DNA Kit which separates genomic DNA from the entire samples of blood with the use of paramagnetic beads; Filter Column Binding Blood DNA Kit which segregates DNA from entire blood and associated body fluids with the use of 96-well plate format; and Magnetic Binding Blood Lysis Kit at 10 ml which uses magnetic beads and centrifugation to separate DNA in one hour from a sample of 10 ml blood, cultured cells, and Buffy coat. The first two kits can utilize to a maximum of 200 L whole blood.

Solutions for PCR Clean Up Using Magnetic Binding Kits

Magnetic binding kits of Aurora Biomed are comprised of Dye Terminator Kit and PCR Purification Kit. The former uses particles of paramagnetic material to segregate a superior quality result. Purified DNA samples are then combined with a unique buffer that divides the cell thereby liberating the DNA. DNA extraction is done when DNA binds with the face of magnetic-fastening particles while removing impurities. On the other hand, the latter uses magnetic beads for its purification process. DNA Extraction is made possible when fragments of DNA fasten themselves on the surface of particles of magnetic-binding material while taking out impurities.

Forensic Sample DNA Extraction Kit

Magnetic Binding Forensic AB96 DNA Kit permits quick and dependable segregation of superior quality DNA from samples of forensic cases like dried blood, bodily fluids such as sperm, buccal swabs and chewing gum using paramagnetic beads. With an instantaneous processing of samples for an hour or less, lengthy procedures and extractions of chloroform and phenol are no longer necessary for this DNA Extraction Kit.

Tissue Isolation DNA Extraction Kits

Aurora Biomed provides two kits to isolate tissues from genomic DNA namely AB96 Filter Column Binding Tissue DNA Kit and Magnetic Binding Tissue DNA kit. The former uses a standardized plate format (96-well) to purify DNA coming from either frozen or fresh tissues and cells of animals. On the other hand, the latter attains extracted DNA with a maximum of 30 milligram tissue sample or cultured cells of 1x10. With this speed, researches are made more efficient and results are attained more quickly.

Three AB96 Plasmid DNA kits are made available Aurora Biomed for isolating plasmid namely Filter Column Binding Plasmid DNA Kit. This is a DNA extraction kit which enables fast purification of plasmid DNA with the use of clearance plates made of lysates in 96-well format; Filter Column Binding Plasmid DNA Kit using paramagnetic beads which results to a faster, more reliable and flexible technique to segregate plasmid DNA; and Filter Column Binding PAC/BA DNA Kit which promises to provide a rapid purification of plasmid DNA using clearance plates made of lysates in a 96-well format.
